LINEAR FIXED BAR GRILLES

APPLICATION: Air supply or air return in Air-conditioning, Ventilating, and Heating systems.
MOUNTING: Overlapped in the sidewall or in false ceiling by means of hidden fixing systems as well as for continuous grille fixing by means of concealed bridge type fixing.

IMPLEMENTATION: Extruded aluminum construction. Frames with flat frontal faces of 16mm 20 mm or 30 mm and inner blades of 0°, 15%,30° or 45° deflections. Available aC ay with or without end flanges as well as for standard or non-standard sizes. Optional mitered corners are available.
STANDARD FINISHES: Natural Aluminium, Anodized or Powder coated in standard RAL white colours.

TWO WAY LINEAR GRILLES

- APPLICATION: Air supply or air return in Air-conditioning, Ventilating and Heating systems.
- MOUNTING: Overlapped in false ceiling by means of hidden fixing systems or by means of bridge-type concealed fixing

IMPLEMENTATION: Extruded aluminum construction. Frames with flat frontal faces of 16mm, 2omm, or 30mm and inner blades of 0°,15°,30° or 45° deflections. Available with any degree corners and with or without end flanges and also in standard or non standard sizes.

STANDARD FINISHES: Natural Aluminium, Anodized or Powder coated in standard RAL white colours.

CURVED GRILLES (OR) ARCH TYPE GRILLES

- APPLICATION: Air supply or air return in Air-conditioning, Ventilating and Heating systems.
- MOUNTING: Overlapped in sidewall or in false ceiling by means of hidden fixing systems. As well as for continuous grilles by means of continuous bridge type concealed fixing.
IMPLEMENTATION: Extruded aluminium construction. Grilles made to be fixed in any convex, concave or arch type formed in sidewall or in false ceilings. Curved grille frames with flat frontal face of 1mm or 20mm and inner blades deflections of 0°, 15°, 30° or 45°. Available in one way or two way types and also in standard or non standard sizes as per the templates.
STANDARD FINISHES: Natural Aluminium, Anodized or Powder coated in standard RAL white colours.

REMOVABLE CORE GRILLES

- - APPLICATION: Air supply Fair return in Air-conditioning, Ventilating and Heating systems, Especially in clean rooms in Pharmaceutical plants or in Hospitals and Operation theatres.
  - MOUNTING: Overlapped in sidewall or in false ceiling by means of hidden fixing systems.
  - IMPLEMENTATION: Extruded aluminium construction, Frames with flat frontal faces of 16mm, 20 mm, or 30 mm flanges and inner blades of 0°,15°, 30° or 45° deflections. Inner blade assembly will be removed easily without using any tools by just push and fit method by means of plastic bushes. This can be helped to clean the filters inside the grille. Available in one way or two way as well as in standard or non-standard sizes.
  - STANDARD FINISHES: Natural Aluminium, Anodized or powder coated in standard RAL white colours.

FLOOR GRILLES

- APPLICATION: Air supply or air return in underfloor Air-conditioning, Ventilating and Heating systems. Suitable for any application under heavy foot or equipments traffic is experienced. telecommunication centres.
- MOUNTING: Replacing Especially in computer server area and a tile in heavy duty raised access floors or directly in an ‘opening made in the ground
IMPLEMENTATION:Extruded aluminium construction, Frames with flat frontal face of 16mm
or 20 mm andinner blades of 0°,15°,30° or 45° deflections. To withstand heavy load, galvanized steel reinforced frame revetted on the back side of the grille Available in oneway, twoway, threeway or fourway types, with or without four quadrants type individually operated collar dampers.

ROUND GRILLES (OR) CIRCULAR GRILLE

APPLICATION: Air supply or air return in Air-conditioning, Ventilating, and Heating
systems.
MOUNTING: Overiapped in false Ceiling by means of hidden fixing systems or directly onto the visible circular ducts.
IMPLEMENTATION: Circular frame with flat frontal face of 20 mm and inner blades are cut to match the circular area. Available in 0°, 15°,30° or 45° deflections as well as in CMeats one way or two way types, Removeble cores are also made on request. For air supply screw operated butterfly dampers will be fixed on the rear side of the grille. Constructed in high grade aluminium.
STANDARD AVAILABLE SIZES: Available in sizes from @150 to @500mm in 50 mm increments.
